The Horseman’s Store is a western clothing retail business and provides safety clothing and industrial footwear to local industries. They specialize in safety wear standalone stores and offer onsite mobile shoe service. Multiple stores are located from Gonzales, LA, to Houston, TX. CS Companies Gulf Coast has provided years of staffing to The Horseman’s Store, due their growth in 2017, an opportunity was presented for CS Companies Gulf Coast to offer additional PEO services.
The Horseman’s Store was growing their business in Texas and Louisiana, approaching more than 50 employees, meaning health insurance would be required for all employees according to ACA (Affordable Care Act).
