CS Industrial, LLC is an independent staffing company created from the growth of Complete Staffing. The company started in 2015 as a skilled trades staffing and industrial employment agency, and serves the Gulf Coast, Southwest Louisiana, and Southeast Texas from our Lake Charles and Bridge City locations. While we also serve as a light industrial staffing agency, our focus is on the higher risk industries that are the backbone of the Gulf Coast, such as energy and petrochemical. Our services include supporting fabrication shops and manufacturing companies, recruiting in the skilled trades, and making direct hire placements.
