Meet our team

After graduating with his degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, Brandt started his career with an international contractor working in the Southeastern U.S. electrical power industry. In 1993 he moved back to his hometown in Orange County, Texas. After 29 years in industrial construction management as a C.O.O., primarily for a SW Louisiana and SE Texas regional contractor, Brandt ventured full time into the staffing and professional employer organization (PEO) industries.

Currently, Brandt is using his passion in building to assist in the growth of three companies. These three separate entities are Complete Staffing, LLC; CS Industrial, LLC; and CS Professional Employment, LLC; all otherwise known as CS Companies Gulf Coast.

In 2005, Complete Staffing started with the slogan, “We’re with you from start to finish”. From 2005 to 2020, it has been a pleasure for Brandt to work with a strong and respected team to build a suite of companies that will assist clients from temporary help, temporary-to-hire, and direct placement. Recently, PEO services have been expanded to add payroll and benefit administration in CS Professional Employment. Brandt is active in three staffing and PEO organizations, TempNet, TSIL and NAPEO, along with being an active member in his church. In his spare time, Brandt can be found outdoors, enjoying deer hunting, fishing, or having a small building project.

Brandt is a family man who has been married to his wife Gloria, a Mississippi native, for the last 30 years. They have one daughter, Savanna, who is a Texas A&M University graduate. She is newly married and lives in North Texas with her husband, Daren.

Freedom is found in Loving What You Do! Laura Richard, Account Manager of Complete Staffing understands this, and helps others achieve this. Laura knows the value in working hard to deliver satisfaction to her clients and employees, and finds joy in helping both. Laura is the Lake Charles Office Manager and Account Manager. She has been in the staffing industry since 1999 and has been with Complete Staffing since the beginning. Laura is a graduate of McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. She is also very active in the community where she volunteers and is a board member for Give A Wish. She is active in her church, Moss Bluff Vineyard, and enjoys participating in outreach to provide encouragement to others.

Stephanie is the office manager for our Southeast Texas office. She has a bachelor’s degree from Lamar University and a Certified Staffing Professional certificate from the American Staffing Association. Stephanie has been in the staffing industry since 2007. Over the years she has earned numerous business networking awards. A desire to see others succeed and accomplish their goals motivates Stephanie. Her strength is connecting people to meet their needs through a heart of service. She has participated in many volunteer efforts through organizations such as Rotary, local Chambers of Commerce, The Food Ministry, and she also sat on the board of directors for United Way. She is experienced in overcoming obstacles and meeting challenges. Her mindset is to put others first and to help however she can. Every day is a new opportunity to choose a positive attitude and be thankful.
